It has never been more important to communicate confidently – and now we are expected to do this in a wider variety of settings – and yet this skillset is often neglected. This course will help you ensure you are landing your messages in just the right way. We’ll give you the confidence and techniques to make sure that your ideas, expertise and knowledge are not undermined by poor presentation.
Course structure
This is a full-day interactive course that will allow participants to put their learning to immediate effect. Working with a former Chief Special Adviser in the Welsh Government, you will learn practical ways to sharpen your messages and how to best influence your audience.
