We all know that procrastination stops us from performing at our best and can lead to missed opportunities but it can also lead to friction in personal and professional relationships and have a detrimental effect on our mental health. No-one needs that added stress, guilt or even feelings of failure. But it can be managed once you know how.
In this shame-free training…
- You’ll learn why procrastination has nothing to do with laziness and when it may actually be useful.
- You’ll be introduced to the 5 common procrastination types. An opportunity to discover which one (or more) seems familiar to you.
- And learn a quick ‘reset’ technique to get you out of procrastination and into action.
You will leave with a sharper ability to recognise how and when unwanted procrastination is creeping in and know how to deal with it before it takes hold – giving you back the choice over how you spend your precious time.
