People love stories about people – so creating a written or video case study is a powerful way of connecting with your audience. In this short course, you’ll discover what makes a case study effective, with examples of good practice. We’ll examine how to design, write and present your case study, and various ways of using it as part of your wider communications.
About the trainer
Richard Nosworthy is a bilingual Freelance Communications Specialist and Media Trainer, with a focus on working for charities, the public sector and non-profit organisations. A former journalist and Health Correspondent at ITV Wales news, Richard worked for 8 years at WWF Cymru, where he became Head of Communications and managed campaigns and advocacy communications projects.
