DV Talent
“The UK’s leading independent training provider and career agency for creative media professionals.” Freelances working in *broadcast can access up to 80% funding from Skillet (above) for DV Talent courses all over the UK. See the News section for details of a course DV Talent are running in Wales in March 2012.
*If you want to develop video skills for newspaper/charity/NGO online sites then you could try and argue your case and apply for the funding as a freelance multi-media journalist. It’s getting more and more difficult to define what a ‘broadcaster’ is nowadays.
