In an ever-evolving industry the need for journalists and media workers to keep their skills up-to-date has never been greater.

As well as courses in core media skills the training is designed to help meet the demands of journalism in the digital age.

The courses are popular because they are taught by industry professionals who are skilled tutors as well as working journalists with the ability to provide practical and topical insights into working within the media.

Added to this, courses are amazing value and, since the development of the Wales-based training facility, now much more accessible. Courses can be taken up by non-union media and communications workers but it is NUJ members who benefit from the very lowest fees. Some training will be offered for free to members.
